Every week an online meeting with options on various platforms or in person

Each session lasts an average of 50 minutes. (It's a professional listening where within your space you are free to open up and say whatever you want).

The therapist is prepared to accompany you side by side throughout the entire process. Our intention is to make you stronger and healthier mentally and physically.

This continues every week as therapy is a process and it is paramount that both sides commit to achieving the best results.
